Suggestions for Getting a Good Night's Sleep
**Follow a regular schedule--go to sleep and get up at the same time each day.

**Avoid taking cat-naps during the day.
-->most of d time,im not sleeping during d day.no cat-naps.no dog-naps.no whatever-naps.how do u expect me to sleep at 3 when i jz woke up 4 hours before?skip again.
**Try to exercise at regular times each day. Moderate physical activity 2 to 4 hours before bedtime may improve your sleep.
-->i hate exercising.next.
**To adjust your internal sleep clock, try to get some exposure to the natural light in the afternoon each day.
-->i'll end up exposing myself to the smell of tahi2 anjing yg membuang secara berleluasa di flat ni,seriously.rase mcm nk shove je the tahi to the lubang idong of the owner.tatau ke anta anjing pg skolah?najis tau x!kalo kene kulit anjing je dh kene samak,ape lg kene tahi anjing?sungguh cis.id rather stay inside my house d whole week.next.
**Eat smart, avoid heavy dinners, and don't eat too close to bedtime.
-->the trouble is i ate all d time bcz im hungry all d time n i cannot et my self hungry bcz then the gastric will come.no.not applicable.next.
**Avoid drinking caffeinated beverages late in the day--caffeine is a stimulant that can keep you awake.
--->i am a caffeine-freak!caffeine is my oxygen.how can i live without it?
**Refrain from drinking alcohol close to bedtime or in an effort to help you sleep. Drinking even small amounts of alcohol can make it harder to stay asleep.
-->i am so not drinking alcohol so i'll pass this.
**Smoking in an effort to help you sleep can have the opposite effect since nicotine is a stimulant.
-->pass.i hate smokers.m surely i am not one.
**Do something pleasurable before bedtime to help you unwind and get your mind off the day's responsibilities and nagging concerns.
-->yeah like what?
**Take a relaxing shower or bath before bedtime and, if you like to use fragrances, consider using lavender scented body soaps, lotions or oils for its naturally calming effect.
-->mane bleh mandi mlm2,nt kene paru2 berair.so much for a therapy website.dpt medical degree katne?akademi memandu bunga raya?
**Avoid over-stimulation before you go to bed. And only go to bed when you're actually tired. Don't try to force yourself to sleep, instead get up and "do something boring" then head back to bed.
-->overstimuwhat?i only go to bed when im actually tired.n im not forcing myself to sleep.n i love reading,im a total bookworm,so can u plez suggest me one boring activity?
**Be especially thoughtful about what end-of-the-night TV shows you watch and your bedtime reading selections. Avoid content that focuses on issues that are disturbing or that dwell on a topic that's currently causing you to feel concerned, worried, threatened, or afraid.
-->i watch canada's next top model like every night,n that show is sooo not make me feel concerned,worried,threatened or afraid.
**Listen to music you especially enjoy at bedtime. Play it at a low volume and make sure to select music with especially soothing rhythms and calming lyrics.
-->ive tried this.n since im still having d problem,then obviously its not working.pass.
**Consider purchasing an acoustic "nature sounds simulator relaxation machine" (typically under $20. at certain pharmacies, or stores like Target). Settings for such sounds as "Spring rain," "mountain stream," "ocean waves," and ""summer night" can help relieve end-of-the-day stress and act as a natural sleep aid.
-->i am one hell of a penakut girl.siyesly.so how can i actually sleep if this simulator thing makes me feel like im in somekind of mountain or in the middle of an ocean or something?surely it can help me freak out!
**Create a safe and comfortable sleeping environment. Make sure there are locks on all doors and smoke alarms on each floor. A lamp that's easy to turn on and a telephone by your bedside may be helpful. In addition, the room should be dark, well ventilated, and have all nonessential sounds blocked out.
-->sungguh2 sy telah mepraktikkan segalanya.but i still cant sleep!
so how?
i wanna know if my stress level is the problem,which im hell sure its not,but i took this test anyway.the result?
Self Assessment Results:
While no standardized test can precisely measure the level of stress you feel, your responses indicate you probably feel more "stressed-out" than you’d like*i am?*—and certainly much more than is healthy for you *is it?*. Our stress hormones are intended to help us react to extreme situations, but when everything starts to feel "extreme," *i am sooo not feeling extreme* it can be difficult to stop long enough to step back, get an accurate perspective, and come up with a plan for relieving and/or avoiding as much pressure as possible. Fortunately, there are a lot of things we can do to reduce the stress in our lives. Therapy can provide an excellent opportunity to develop new, more effective coping techniques for creating a life that’s as "stress-free" as possible.
so now i need a therapy?
whatever.
